Our processing times

Our orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During seasonal times, like Valentines Day and Christmas, order processing can take up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.

 

Shipping times

We ship from Washington State. We currently only ship within the United States, but have plans to expand to Canada, the EU, and the UK in the foreseeable future.

 

• Orders shipping time will depend on the carrier selected at checkout.

 

Shipping costs

• Free shipping is available on orders over $250. This will automatically be UPS Ground Saver shipping. If you need faster shipping, please email us at orindesignsinfo@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate your requests.
